IASCA -- New Management For the New Millennium
The International Auto Sound Challenge Association (IASCA) has announced that the Board of Directors has approved employing the Raybourn Group International to manage the organization and take IASCA to a higher plateau. Raybourn Group is a firm that specializes in the management of associations according to the directions of their respective Boards.

Highly regarded throughout the world, the Raybourn Group has vast experience in helping organizations to the next level while maximizing their full potential through leadership development, strategic governance, creative marketing, all bound together with strong financial management.

According to IASCA’s president, Tom Walker, "The IASCA Board is committed to taking the organization to new heights as quickly as possible. To make this happen, we need a team of experienced professionals with a proven track record that will create enhanced benefits for our members and develop programs that will attract new members while operating at high efficiency."

Continuing, Walker states, "The Raybourn Group’s work for the CEDIA organization, a consumer electronics association for custom home audio dealers and installers, has been very impressive. Accolades from many of their members brought Raybourn to our attention. Since their management team took over, CEDIA has grown 700 percent -- an outstanding achievement."

Under the IASCA Board’s guidance, Raybourn group will start a transition to full management in September. The IASCA Phoenix office will stay open into November and thereafter will transfer to Indianapolis.
