Kove Audio Emphasizes Dealer Support Programs
The Kove Audio Group, manufacturer of the Kove Audio and Hart Professional product lines, has created an extensive support program for its authorized dealers. The concept offers technical as well as marketing and promotional assistance.

The company is now offering a dealer-only tech hotline, which Kove/Hart authorized dealers can access for answers to difficult installation problems. In addition, Kove has initiated a unique program that assists dealers specifically in the construction of subwoofer enclosures. Tony Branco, Kove and Hart’s director of technical services and development, who is an expert in subwoofer box design, will assist Kove/Hart dealers in designing an enclosure, help create a blueprint, and fax or e-mail the rendering to any Kove/Hart dealer. Branco bases the specifications for the box on input from the dealer.

Eddy Kay, Kove/Hart’s new sales director and Tony Branco have recently teamed up at seminar trainings for Kove Dealers. Recent trainings have been held in Ohio, West Virginia, Nashville, South Carolina and California. Future events are planned for New England, New York and Texas.

A major element of the company’s seminars is a visual A/V presentation along with floor salesman guides, selling guides, and a usage manual written by Branco, Eric Brooking, Kove’s head of engineering and Gary Kovner, president. The manual includes invaluable information such as formulas on ohms law, car audio system design, amplifiers and product applications. Moreover, there is detailed information, including sketches, which describe band bass box design and construction. The manual is chock full of graphs and drawings, which also helps explain theory and concept.

The Kove Group’s promotional and marketing assistance includes banners, posters, and special appearances at major sound-off events. Kove will also support its dealer base with a major expansion of its national advertising campaign. The manufacturer will advertise in a variety of specialty consumer and trade publications.

Kove’s presence at sound-off events is very evident by the company’s domination of the sound-off circuit this year. Kove’s dealer sound-off competition program provides dealers with rebates on the Kove product they buy and use in their competition vehicles. Dealer sales and installer personnel can take advantage of the manufacturer’s personal use program to buy Kove/Hart equipment at a discount for their own use.

Most importantly, Kove/Hart is select distribution line that provides its dealers with solid profit margins and the finest support in the industry.
