(DEI) is now offering mobile electronics retailers a solution for Lexus and Toyota transponder-based Engine Immobilizer Systems while maintaining full OEM system integrity for consumers.DEI is now shipping the new 555 series Factory Anti-Theft Bypass Module which sends a coded signal to the transceiver similar to the signal from the owner's electronic key, but with a different identification code, permitting installation of remote engine start.
This new product works on all 1998—2001 Lexus models and on Toyota Camry, Sienna, 4Runner, Avalon, Solara, Landcruiser, and MR2 vehicles with the Engine Immobilizer System.
