Alpine has launched a leasing program for its in-dash navigation systems. This marks the first program of its kind for the mobile electronics industry.The leasing program offers consumers a 36-month lease-to-own option at $79 per month for the NVA-N75AS system (includes monitor, Global Positioning System module, and map software), and $49 per month for the Mobile May Day telematics unit.
Alpine will launch a $1 million advertising campaign, "Stop wishing and lease it," to accompany the leasing program.
