6th Annual Georgia Motor Fest Schedule In Perry
SLAPshow.com Event Management has announced that the 6th Annual Georgia Motor Fest will take place August 25 & 26, 2001, at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, Georgia. The event features several different event formats including the SLAP Custom Car & Truck Show, and IASCA-Sanctioned Triple-Point Regional Sound Quality and IdBL event, and a Southeastern Divisional SCCA SOLO II Autocross race. SLAPshow.com expects to easily surpass the 500+ vehicle entrants mark set by last years event.

For the first time, competitors will be able to register for the various competitions by clicking on the Perry icon online at www.SLAPshow.com. The Web site also features general information about the event, including directions and host hotel information.

The prestigious event, known to many simply as "Perry", is famous for it's TOP 25 Invitational Round on Sunday for IASCA Sound Quality competitors where cars are judged Olympic-Style by 10 SQ judges and 10 Installation judges. New for this year is a Top 25 Invitational Round for IdBL competitors that will feature a handicapped system to allow head to head (to the 25th power) among competitors from different classes and SPL ranges. SLAPshow.com VP of Marketing, Terry Miller proclaimes, "The TOP 25 Invitational Round is the most prestigious honor in sound-offs. I'm excited to give the same opportunity to SPL competitors."

SLAPshow.com is an event company dedicated to the sound, looks and performance interest of automotive enthusiast. Through its events and Web site SLAPshow.com brings together these three distinct segments of the automotive aftermarket.
