Mobiletoys.com To Sponsor Mini SPL Event At Spring Break Nationals

MobileToys.com will sponsor its second "MINI SPL" competition at the Annual Spring Break Nationals (SBN). In the MINI SPL contest, car-stereo enthusiasts install sophisticated car stereo equipment into Fisher-Price-type toy electric vehicles. The objective of the contest is to produce sound output at the highest possible levels, ranking dB scores in the 160's. The MobileToys' sponsorship includes co-promoting the event, moderating the awards ceremony, and supplying trophies to the winners. SBN (www.springbreaknationals.com), the world's most famous soundoff, will be held March 23-25, 2001, Ocean Center, Daytona Beach, Florida. The MINI SPL competition will be featured in the East Lobby of the Ocean center and entered in to USAC SPL Soundoff competition.
