Have you ever wanted to learn how to build custom kick panels, trick center consoles, or even an entire interior to integrate your stereo system? Fukuda Audio Specialist Training (F.A.S.T.) can train you to execute these skills and more. Whether you’re just beginning your career, a car audio enthusiast, or an experienced installer, F.A.S.T. offers a fabrication course designed to teach you to be a successful custom installer. The Pro-Am fabrication course is a five-day course concentrated on the proper use of router tables, fiberglass, acrylics, vinyl, aluminum, carbon fiber, and much more. Each student will receive hands on training from two experienced installers, Mark Fukuda and his brother Ainslie Fukuda. Students duplicate eight separate car audio projects that Mark and Ainslie build as examples. Between building these projects students will learn installation "tricks" such as carbon fiber lay-up and unique bondo techniques.
All specialty tools and materials used at F.A.S.T. are offered in the F.A.S.T. 2000 catalog. You can get the catalog through the F.A.S.T. Web site. Whether you need a router bit or a whole router table F.A.S.T. has it.
F.A.S.T. will also be offering a 12-volt class in June. The 12- volt course will be taught by Gil Stroud, an MECP master certified installer. Call F.A.S.T. for more details at (281) 494-7447.
