IASCA's new Street and Ultimate Rules go into effect March 1, 2001 and for a limited time only, IASCA is offering an Open Enrollment for Sound Quality competitors only who want to change classes & divisions.Through March 15, Sound Quality competitors may change divisions, power classes, and formats, without penalty. After March 15, the following penalties will apply:
1. Change power classes or divisions -- Re-register as a competitor member ($20) and forfeit half of your current CAP points, or 35 points, whichever is greater.
2. Change formats ( e.g. Street to Ultimate) -- Re-register as a competitor member ($20) and forfeit all accrued CAP points.
