The JT5 Starter is a full-featured security system and remote car starter with a built-in two-way paging system. The remote controls have backlit LCD screens. This state-of-the-art system confirms if the vehicles' doors are locked or unlocked, if the vehicle's been started, if the trunk has been opened, and monitors the vehicle for attempted break-ins.In addition to the LCD screen, the unit will also produce various "beeping" sounds to indicate the status of the functions and monitoring. The JT5 Starter has a system range of 1200 feet or more, depending on the conditions.
The system features five channels with two-step door unlock to match factory-type security systems. Other features include a plug-in dual stage shock sensor, a two-color LED, dome light supervision, positive/negative door lock/unlock outputs, anti-starter grind/factory security bypass, and a 127 dB siren.
