KENWOOD CONFIRMS JOINT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WITH JVC
Kenwood and JVC have announced plans to start working together in the car and home electronics business in an effort to pool development resources and save costs. Although the merging of both operations under a holding company is presently under discussion, there is no confirmation as of this date.

Tweeter Home Entertainment Group Accepts “Going Concern” Bid on Its Assets From Schultze Asset Management, LLC
Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, Inc. today announced that the “going concern” bid submitted by Schultze Asset Management, LLC was determined to be the highest or otherwise best offer in the Bankruptcy Court-supervised sale of the Company's assets. Under terms of the accepted bid, Schultze will acquire substantially all of Tweeter's assets for $38 million in cash and the assumption of significant liabilities, subject to Bankruptcy Court approval.

Traffic Data Goes High Def with Clear Channel Radio
Clear Channel Radio's Total Traffic Network announced that it has begun transmitting traffic data via HD Radio in 48 of the largest U.S. metropolitan areas. This launch marks the first commercially available data service over HD Radio and leverages the robust data delivery capabilities of HD Radio. Clear Channel is working with a variety of receiver manufacturers to make the specially-equipped receivers available by the end of this year.

2007 KIA SEDONA AND SORENTO AWARDED "GOOD" RATINGS FROM INSURANCE INSTITUTE FOR HIGHWAY SAFETY
Kia has announced that its Sedona minivan and Sorento SUV both received "Good" ratings from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) for rear impact collisions.
